Our safety

SAFE AND HYGIENIC GAMING

At VRGH your safety comes first! We therefore act strictly in accordance with the guidelines of the government and the RIVM. We ensure a safe and responsible playing environment, in order to guarantee the health of all of us.

From Thursday 19 November 2020 we can again receive groups, up to up to 6 people (excluding kids parties). Groups over 6 up to 30 people can go to our second and larger location, VRGH Arena in Amsterdam Westpoort.

We always contact our customers within 24 hours.

On behalf of our new measures, we ensure a safe and responsible playing environment, in order to guarantee the health of all of us.

OUR MEASURES

Play Safe

As a customer, you are primarily surrounded by your own group and one of our VR experts.
Minimum age is 7 years!

1.5 m distance

In order to make sure we can abide by the safety guidelines, we have created a way of playing that is possible at a safe distance of 1.5m.

Clean VR gear

All our VR equipment and accessories will be cleaned before and after every session with disinfectant

cleaning products.

Disinfectant

As an extra measure, we ask all our customers to use the disinfectant that will be offered by our VR experts.

Clean area

We do everything we can to maintain a clean playing environment. That is why we make sure that our entire space will be cleaned every hour by our cleaners.

Protective equipment

In addition to regular disinfection and washing our hands, we are always provided with protective equipment. We also keep a safe distance from our customers and each other.

Health measures

We ask all our customers to take adequate health measures for themselves. For example, wash your hands regularly, keep a correct distance or avoid hanging around unnecessarily.

Coughing or sneezing

You may have to cough or sneeze while playing. If this happens, please do this in your elbow. If the sneezing or coughing continues, our VR hosts will ask you to take a short break from the game.

Cancel an appointment

If your booking needs to be canceled, because you or someone from your group has become ill, for example? Then you can easily modify your booking. Let us know in time.

Please listen

Our VR hosts are specially trained to guarantee your safety. We therefore ask you to listen carefully to the instructions and tips that will be given.

Presence

We understand that people find it very important to be on time. Because of the current situation, we ask our customers not to show up too early. 10 minutes before time is acceptable.

Travel

VR GameHouse advises its customers to visit our location by means of their own transport. You can park for free in front of our venue.
